An Enterprise Brand Built on Human Connection
Alcateia Systems provides enterprise software solutions, with a client base spanning mechanics, commercial shops, and service providers. Their differentiator is clear: unlike automated operators, they always put a real person in contact with clients. Service is human, responsive, and relationship-driven.
The brand needed to communicate that — professional and reliable, but with a warmth that sets it apart from generic tech companies.
I led the visual identity at NTV as Brand Designer, responsible for the full concept and execution. The creative approach started with the name itself: Alcateia is the Portuguese word for a wolf pack, and in a pack, wolves move together in a line — a quality that translates naturally into the concept of connected, coordinated systems.
The icon was designed around this idea: wolves in formation, representing both the company name and the interconnected nature of their enterprise solutions. The result is a mark with real narrative behind it — one that communicates structure, teamwork, and proximity to clients in a single, coherent form.
